- We are a leadership training organization with special opportunities for anyone who wants to further their professional or personal lives. We teach people how to manage projects, speak in public, write business plans, and build contacts and networks within the Fredericksburg community and beyond. We are also a great opportunity to meet new people in the area and build lasting friendships.
